I don't think should have a gay couple. This show is for kids. Kids are too young to see their favorite super hero be gay. They're too easily influenced. A kid might wanna be gay just because superboy and robin are gay.

So what you are getting at is that kids shouldn’t be exposed to gay superheroes because they’re “easily influenced”, suggesting that there is something wrong with being exposed to homosexuality—which by the way, there isn’t.
Let’s turn that around shall we? Let’s not show kids heterosexual couples because they’re easily influenced and they might wanna be straight just because the majority of comic book relationships are heterosexual.
