GENERAL FAQS

• Is this tumblr affiliated with the Young Justice Production team?
  Nope! We are not the team, nor are we affiliated with them. We get a lot of questions from people thinking we’re the team, but we’re not. We are just fans just like yourself! :) So please refrain from asking questions obviously for Greg, Brandon & co.
  
  
• Where can you purchase the comics based on the show?
  A few places online: midtowncomics.com, the dc comics website and maybe books-a-million’s site (this can be purchased by walk-ins too!). Offline you can go to your local comic book store, ask around and you’ll most likely find one!
  
  
• Where can I watch the new episodes?!
  Please visit this site. The episodes will be streamed there after it has aired.
  
  
• Where can I download new episodes?
  Right now, we have a downloads tag that you can use with links to episodes that you may download! *NEW: Old download links that are broken will not be reuploaded. Please visit the forums for older episodes as well as HD ones!
  
  
• When does Young Justice come on?
  Saturday 10:30AM EST.
  
  
• What happened to the YOUNG-JUSTICE.NET domain, the screencaps site and the forums?
  Maintaining the all three websites (the tumblr, screencaps site and forums) took out a lot out of everyone. And more often than not, it ended up being that only one person ran the whole thing. That one person didn’t feel compelled to continue maintaining the site due to an overwhelming schedule. Also, it all boiled down to the limited time she had for it. Not to mention, sometimes, just sometimes, the fandom got undeniably tiresome and the motivation for maintaining the site died down.
  
  
• Can we use your banners/layouts?
  No. We are firm on the fact that everything up here is exclusively for the youngjustice tumblr or young-justice.net. If we see it being used, we will have to ask you to take it down.
  
  
• Can we submit?
  Yes, you can! This is the place to do so. However, before submitting please remember to read the guidelines and we will approve of it based on its relevance. Thanks.
  
  
• What program do you use to make your gifs?
  We use The KMPlayer get the frames/caps and Photoshop to animate them! :)
  
  
• What is your spoiler policy?
  We post download links a few hours after the episode has aired, sometimes earlier if we can obtain them. After download links have been posted, we usually get questions about the episode but we’ll only answer the ones that don’t give too much out. However the next day we will be posting screencaps, gifs, picspams, etc. of the episode. We believe it’s only right after having given out the download link publicly on the blog.

• Why didn’t you answer my question/message?
  Sorry! Believe it or not, we are actually getting a handful of questions and messages in our ask box, which is great and we’re not complaining at all, but if we were to answer all of them then the blog would only be filled with answered questions and it might seem cluttered to others. Just know that if you send us a loving message with compliments, hugs and kisses that we really appreciate it. We may not reply to them publicly but we appreciate them and we’re grateful with all our heart! If a request is made, we usually just post the request w/o having to reply to the message. And if there was already a question answered, we usually just answer one and hope that everyone else read it. :)
  
  
• How come you’re snarky sometimes?
  We choose to be snarky at times because some questions, especially from anons, tend to be really rude and condescending. We provide for the fans, and we continuously try to keep this tumblr active so we expect even the teensy bit respect. Major reasons why we bring out the snark bat are: if we feel threatened by feedback given by some anons (or users), asking us to do something you could have done yourself (do not be lazy, please), and/or asking us obnoxious and albeit wrong things. But rest assured, we are all nice people and love this show just as much as you. :)
  
  
• Who are the maintainers/moderators of this blog?

• Why is Robin not Tim Drake but Dick Grayson (or why is Kid Flash not Bart (Impulse) and Wally West?)?
  The reason why it’s different from the original YJ is because the creators wanted it to be focusing on younger heroes/sidekicks of the Justice League on a place called Earth-16. This is, basically, the first generation heroes. Dick Grayson is only 13, he’s still kind of a baby, and Kid Flash is also Wally West, not Bart, to emphasize the first-gen thing. The creators made it like this so they can fully explore the stories of DCU. And since Dick Grayson and Wally West were the first side heroes of Batman and The Flash, they are more fit for the role than Tim or Bart.
  
  
• What about Aqualad? I thought the first one was Garth?
  Aqualad (Kaldur’ahm) was created purely for this show.
  
  
• But isn’t this Aqualad based off of The Brightest Day?
  It’s the other way around, actually. Kaldur was first for the show, then brought into The Brightest Day.
  
  
• Is it true someone is going to die? Who would it be?!
  Yes. However this may not be a team member. It has been said that the team members will eventually change, whether their exit is through death is not clear. However please do not freak out over this because up until that moment comes, we will not speculate any further. We have no idea who is going to die, nor do we want anyone to die. Characters will come and leave.
  
  
• Has Young Justice been picked up for a second season?
  Yes, it has! It’s really cool since only 9 episodes have aired so far. :)
  
  
• How many episodes are signed up for Season 1?
  26 episodes.
  
  
• Why/How does Wally know Robin’s real identity? Did I miss something?
  Apparently it was confirmed by Greg himself at a NYCC Screening that Robin would go behind Batman’s back and tell Wally his true identity. ALSO IT HAS BEEN CONFIRMED BY GREG (again) THAT WALLY DOES KNOW & IT IS A SECRET THAT HE DOES. :)
  
  
• Why is Dick a freshman if he’s 13?
  Skipped a grade, most likely. He is a Mathlete after all. Plus his guardian is Bruce Wayne. Put the pieces together.
